The concept. Surowiecki’s The Wisdom of Crowds argues that a group beats its smartest member when its members disagree, judge independently, and can be pooled. Health podcasting has the disagreement. Thirteen shows and their guests, thousands of hours spanning decades, each selling something the others are not. They argue in public and cite evidence at each other. When people who share nothing except the data land on the same finding, that is worth something. When they split, the split shows you where the field is still guessing.

How it was built. Watching thousands of hours at 1x is why nobody had done this, and that cost is gone now. The subtitles came down, got cut into individual claims, and each claim kept the name of whoever said it and the day he said it, until the talk was something you could count.

What’s in it. Everything these people argue about. Training, protein, sleep, hormones, the supplement shelf. Where a finding is large and keeps showing up in mouths that agree on nothing else, the writing says so plainly. Where it rests on one doctor and one small study, the writing goes cold, and you can read the temperature as the verdict.

It will not tell you what to take. It tells you what these people actually said, and how much of it you can lean on.
